BABHANGAMA (Bihar) - A judge of the High Court of Muzaffarpur refused to proceed with the case heard by a police officer of the city. This puts into question a Jawed, and five of his accomplices, in a case of "willful insult to cause a disturbance of public order."

Jawed came to hear his dismissal in court brought by his mother: he indeed two and half months. However, his accomplices are still at large, on all fours.
